INet Service – Company Overview for Foreign Customers
Inai-Net Service is a small construction company based in Ushiku City, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan.
We work with a professional craftsmen team called “JV Shokunin-kai Reform” and mainly handle renovation,
repair, and maintenance work for houses and apartments.
Our main services
- Renovation and remodeling of used detached houses and condominiums
- Full renovation (large-scale “before / after” projects)
- Structural repairs, earthquake reinforcement, and ground (soil) checks
- Water-damage repair and flood-prevention renovation
- Installation of owner-supplied equipment (lights, faucets, washbasins, etc.)
- Support for inherited houses, vacant houses, and rental houses
- Pre-purchase inspection and renovation planning for people who want to buy a used house

Communication and language support
Our staff basically speak Japanese only.
We cannot communicate in English, Chinese, or other foreign languages during technical meetings on site.
For this reason, for important meetings, site inspections, and contract explanations:
- A Japanese interpreter must accompany you.
- The interpreter can be a professional interpreter, a Japanese friend, or a family member who can understand construction explanations in Japanese.
